While the title may be a bit misleading, this is an excellent book for anyone, male or female, who manages personnel in the workplace. While some of the suggestions and cautions may be obvious on reflection, they are often overlooked in the day-to-day world. Anyone currently in business would find it a valuable resource, and any student contemplating a career that involves interacting with other people should find it required reading. It could make, or possibly save, a career in the real world.
