Highly recommended for anyone interested in the current state of conflict scholarship and research in work settings. All the authors are well-known and highly regarded researchers in the field. The chapters span traditional conflict topics, such as communication, decision making, diversity, dissent, as well as interesting chapters on workplace aggression, escalation and health and well-being. There are a few chapters on conflict resolution and management.The final chapters are essays which address current and future issues of conflict scholarship. Yeah, it is expensive, but if you are a conflict researcher or student, this volume is worth the cost. Five stars.
