Fast and Useful Guide to a Better Body through Food!

Muscle Building Foods is a great introduction to building a better body through nutrition. With clear cut guidelines and a simple approach to making better dietary choices this is an excellent place for the beginner to look at developing a more comprehensive understanding of how food can affect your health and your appearance.

And on that, this book does cover more than simply looking good - it's about feeling good too and improving your health from the inside out. With tips and advice on improving your sex life by boosting natural sex hormones through food to reducing cholesterol and many other health concerns this is a great read that will get you up to speed fast, and without the complex mumbo jumbo medical terms.

Loved these foods for muscle building

This health & fitness book, Muscle Building Foods covers so many factors of
eating right, and not just for losing belly fat.

First, it's not a "diet" book so don't think you'll be going on some type of
crash starvation diet for weight loss.

The foods mentioned are all natural and most are readily available at your
local market.

The chapters that intrigued me were the ones about boosting my energy level
and the section outlining the value (or lack of it) of supplements and diet
pills. This is nutritional information I can really use!

So, if you are interested in learning more about muscle building foods for
nutrition and health this book is a read!

Incredible Book!

Wow, I feel better with just reading about how to build muscle! The author gives an amazing variety of foods to eat and those not to eat to help build your muscles also how important your diet is. And when is the best time to eat protein and CHOCOLATE!

Wonderful ideas are provided to lose that belly a lot of us carry around, me included. A wonderfully comprehensive book about maintaining healthy muscles for every age group. A must read!
